Rainy slow run. First half i kept having to have short walks. For the last half i did a bunch of pick ups which seems to help my tired brain.

Warmup 20 mins. Feeling a bit tired. Then did 4 pick ups on the way home. Funny but i feel better when i run a bit faster.
