Run 49:00 [3]

Nice trail run with Caroline this morning. Caro and the kids are in town on their way to Kamloops. Wasn't planning a run but really wanted some one on one time. It was a beautiful morning to go out.

Crossfit 45:00 [3]

Warmup: 50 skips, 10 air squats, 5 burpes x 2
skill: squat cleans
then 5 sets of 3 at 85% -> today tried to figure out my 1 rep max. But as i put on weight my lower back felt sore - so backed off. Did only 4 reps at 78 lbs. Got up to 93 lbs in my work up to a one rep max. Oddly i kept getting super dizzy as well 5 seconds after finishing so Turner pulled the weights off and said i was done.
WOD: 21, 15, 9
8 kg dumbell snatches
dips with 1 purple band, and then 2
max time for it was 6 mins - got through 5 dips only on the last set

Mtn Biking 45:00 [3]

First Toonie x-country race BUT did not feel safe to ride. Been a long 7 days of work including an early morning delivery today. Bart suggested i come to help set up the course which was a good idea. Only i totally forgot my shoes which supported my gut feeling that i wasn't safe to race. So rode in my running shoes. Felt like i'd been hit by a truck i was so tired. But still nice to get out.

Warmup: 50 skips, 10 squats, 6 power cleans with bar
80% powerclean: managed 5 x 3 reps at 74 lbs - using the muscles and not as good at the technique
WOD: 15 AMRAP - was so hard
- 100 m row
- 10 box jumps
- 15 wall balls - 14 lbs

Ride with Atsuko. Had a big crash today. Trying to get over a root and then couldn't clip out. I'm alright but it really scared me unfortunately.
