Nice SUP with Bart on Secret Cove. Some really interesting house watching from the water.

Mtn Biking 2:45:00 [3] 19.0 km (8:41 / km)

Drove to Gibson's to bike today. We both had great memories of Highway 102 from BCBR. Today we climbed up it and then came down it. The way up was so frustrating, so many bridges that i was sketched out by. It brought up all these terrible memories i didn't even know i had from BCBR where i walked so much. Technically i am a better rider now but it felt so frustrating. Trail are quite rugged here in spots. The way down was better. Finished with tapas at a Mexican restaurant. Had a beer which hit us hard (probably dehydrated). Then we went for a walk and found a BBQ smoke house (Mike you would have ordered pulled pork for sure) on the water and decided to eat again.... Such a fun evening with Bart.

Mtn Biking 3:00:00 [3]

Sechelt biking. Seemed like a long climb for the first half. Then a super fun second half of the ride. Rode straight from our house after a nice lazy morning. Who knows where i biked, just followed Bart.

SUP 50:00 [3]

Evening SUP at Tuwanek. Took a bit of time exploring where the best place to paddle was. Then pumped up the boats and off we went. Was so interesting. Saw jelly fish. Bart assured me they don't sting but i'm still not sure he was telling me the truth. Also saw star fish and a small bear. Was such a lovely evening.

Missed out on the mtn bike race again. Could't leave the ER in time to race. Seems work is getting in the way...

Hard session today: warm up: 5 worms, 10 push ups, 10 air squats x 3
Skill: snatch - this involves so much core
WOD: 1 km all out row - 3:51 -> still feel awful now
Core tabattas: hollow hold 20 s, 10 sec off x 4; superman the same; repeat
