Hiking 40:00 [3] 15.0 km (2:40 / km) +900m 2:03 / km

Hike up to Sol Peak. Had a beautiful lunch spot at the top. Would have loved to stay up there longer but wanted to get some biking in as well. Had a nice dip in Bill Fraser lake on the way back. Lots of fun laughs with Bart's parents.

Mtn Biking 1:05:00 [3] 11.0 km (5:55 / km)

Fun little ride around the lower trails with Bart. Despite being tired I wanted to ensure i got to ride all the trails here since they are so much fun. Really enjoyed Sassy Toe and Beacon check.

Lovely first day of hiking at Sol. Really needed to get away from my cell phone this weekend. Won this trip at the Enduro race. Bart's parents joined us for the weekend. Biked in the 1.9 km to the lodge and then went for a hike.

Pre-call crossfit. Not the best call to do this. I was so exhausted half way through my ER shift.

Had the afternoon off. Am dead tired but we wanted to get into the alpine so rode Standard Basin. Was a beautiful day. Didn't push it on the technical stuff 'cause felt a bit off but so glad to get out.

Forced myself out of bed after 1.5 hours of sleep. Felt a bit dizzy 'cause felt too nauseated to eat before but managed better than i thought i would.

1 km warmup on rowing machine
Then 3 rounds:
5 hip flexes
5 snakes
5 burpes
10 lunges

Skills: strict leg lifts - 3 x 10 (hard but they remind me of gymnastics)

WOD:
5 rounds: 200 m row, 10 box jumps, 200 m farmer walk (used blues but so painful - many stops along the way), 10 wall balls 14 lbs
-> made it through 4 plus 200 m row, 10 box jumps, 200 m farmer walks (27 mins) - time cap was 25 mins

Miserable run with Logan. Such a busy draining weekend. At least i got out but wondered whether it was worth pushing through.
