Forced myself out of bed after 1.5 hours of sleep. Felt a bit dizzy 'cause felt too nauseated to eat before but managed better than i thought i would.
1 km warmup on rowing machine
Then 3 rounds:
5 hip flexes
5 snakes
5 burpes
10 lunges
Skills: strict leg lifts - 3 x 10 (hard but they remind me of gymnastics)
WOD:
5 rounds: 200 m row, 10 box jumps, 200 m farmer walk (used blues but so painful - many stops along the way), 10 wall balls 14 lbs
-> made it through 4 plus 200 m row, 10 box jumps, 200 m farmer walks (27 mins) - time cap was 25 mins
