Crossfit 40:00 
Crossfit at Williamson Lake this morning. New trial for a workout. Wore my 0.5 neoprene that i paddle in. Should have worn a wetsuit.
Warmup: swim across the lake and back
Skill: breathing techniques and landmarking, water burpees
WOD: as many rounds as possible - did 4-5 in 20 mins
5 shallow water burpees, swim to dock, 5 dock burpees, swim back, 10 push ups (a nightmare with all the extra water and tired arms), 10 squats
Froze my ass off after. Couldn't get warm. Felt nausea and like my brain would not work. Didn't feel totally safe driving home. Stood in the shower for a very long time after.

Hike in via English Lake to Tilley Lake for an overnight camping trip. Perfect spot to get away from it all with Bart, Suzanne, Brett and the doggies. Beautiful evening that got quite cold.
