Feeling quite unwell. Not sure but i think i ate something that was off. No energy and stomach cramps. Still nice to get out with the gang - Bart, Atsuko, Anthony, and Mark. Ride close to the condo in Pemberton. Finished it off with Mile One tuna burger. Was so looking forward to this burger joint but struggled to eat.

Fun ride at Silverstar. Had planned to ride Beowolf but decided against riding the full ride as we had errands to do and i was tired after yesterday. Rode a mix of the x-country trails and then a section of Beowolf where we finished with a blue downhill trail that was so much fun.

Early morning ride up Mt Revy. Glad i did it. Pushed hard near the end. Could barely walk after and luckily i had to help Bart drive a car down because i could barely pedal.

Seanipalloza 2017. Fun 4 laps of his property. Leg bothering me a bit after the morning so pedalled easy.
