Love Sat morning swim. Pool all to ourselves. Great group, great set today. Then Atsuko and I went to a free myofascial release seminar (hands on) at a yoga studio in town.

Was not feeling great last week. I attributed it to a sore neck resulting in persistent nausea and a restless feeling. But i think in retrospect i was sick. Feeling better today. Nice to be back at crossfit.
