Super tough crossfit this morning before a day on call.

Real team event. There are only 4 rowers and there were 12 of us. Lots of cheering which really was helpful to push me beyond what i thought possible.

Back Country skiing 2:45:00 [3]

Almost bailed out because of too much work and am working this weekend. Bart convinced me it was good to get out and test out my new boots. Attempted to go to the Gorge but the road was slippery and when the truck basically slide 180 degrees and pointed us back downhill I declared it was a sign to go home.

Instead we went for a walk up Corbin. Have heard of this place before so was nice to check out some place new. But by 2 hours my poor feet were so painful. It only got worse on the ski downhill. Ahh the frustration of ski boots in general on my feet let alone new ones. :(

Still happy to have that post-ski satisfaction.

Nice hike along the Jordan River with Vikki, Russ, and Bart (and Logan). Miserable day with pouring rain. Makes me nostalgic for Columbia.
