Scaled Version: 20 min AMRAP: 8 T2B, 10 barbell clean and jerk (i did 20 lbs), 12 cal row
- made 8 rounds plus 18 + 4 calories. Managed half the sets of T2B strict and then knees to chest.
- was so lactic. Amazing how hard a 20 min workout can be.
