Crossfit 35:00 [3]

Crossfit Open Workout 18.1 https://games.crossfit.com/workouts/open/2018

Scaled Version: 20 min AMRAP: 8 T2B, 10 barbell clean and jerk (i did 20 lbs), 12 cal row
- made 8 rounds plus 18 + 4 calories. Managed half the sets of T2B strict and then knees to chest.
- was so lactic. Amazing how hard a 20 min workout can be.

Night call messed me up. Despite being dead tired couldn't sleep last night.

Got out for a great nordic ski today. What a difference a few days makes. Slightly warmer made the snow so much better.

Post call return to crossfit. Feeling tired but it felt so good to do a higher intensity workout. AMRAP was only 12 mins but super hard and i will feel it tomorrow.

Pre-night shift nordic ski. Was very cold and the snow was very slow. Took a lot of effort to move forward. My wax job was not ideal. Called it quits early.
