Called it quits early today. Too much running in one week. No sleep ins on this trip. Too hot to exercise later.

Rent hardtail mountain bikes at Las Catalinas with Pete, Paul, Shawn, and Bart. Super fun day. IMBA standard trails. Not super technical but beautiful views. Just nice to get out and ride a mtn bike again. Had to go really early in the day to try to beat the heat.

Beach crossfit with Caroline. Couldn't imagine more beautiful scenery.

Road trip to find a calmer bay. Rented some nicer boards. Was very windy and spent a reasonable amt of time mid-way through on my knees in order to move forward. At the end found a calmer bay and worked on pivot turns. Nice to fall into warm water instead of the cold we are used to back home.

Beach run this morning. Included some jump squats, dips, and 200 m sprints. Bart was too worried his arms would hurt and interfere with his surfing. :)

Feable attempt at SUPing. Lots of waves and a strong wind. I was scared.
