Super tired today. Day 10 of a cold, return to work, and dog training. I forgot how tiring having a new dog is. But it's not raining and the sun was out.

BCOC Long Course - course 4. Better than yesterday but i still really struggled with control 10. Got lucky and turned around eventually and when i was losing hope i saw a mtn biker above me. Had a wee sit down in the woods and a snack and then sorted myself out as i couldn't even figure out what trail i was on.
