Day 2 yoga challenge. :) Already missed a day. Way too tired yesterday.

Post call trail run. Explored after after of sleep Peterson Creek park again. Goal to run out and back on Tom Moore trail. This time didn't lose it. It gets really nice the further up the trail you go but it's basically mostly up on the way out and then down on the way home. Was a lot of walking uphill at times. Came home with a tick.

Start of a 2 week yoga challenge. Meant to be short bursts each day. Good to calm the mind before a long day.

Always hard to get up but love these swims with the ladies. Busy week ahead again. Looking forward to not travelling to Kamloops next week.

Ride out airport way with Lizzie and Atsuko. Lovely first half and then a sprint home because it was raining.
