Attempted an interval workout. Feeling so tired. Couldn't hold a faster pace. I think all the burpees yesterday didn't help.

Tough session this morning. Lots of rowing and burpees.

Tested out the new trial at RMR. 7 km or so climb up from the top of the gondola. Nice climb but was quite hot. The views are stunning. Took 65 minutes up. Then a full 15 km down. Not my style. I like burms but there were so many of them and it felt endless. The lower section of the trail was narrower and more enjoyable.
