Nice solo run with Milo. Ended up on the beach because the water was low. Decided to do some speed work but Milo was too excited and got the zoomies.

Yoga 35:00 [3]

Nice local online yoga class. Trying to support local businesses. Enjoyed this teacher. Figured it was a good way to try out the local yoga teachers.

10 squats, 10 toe raises, 10 hip hinges, 10 push ups x 3

WOD:
10 burpees, 10 squats, 10 sit ups (alternated w leg raises, bicycles - 20), 30 jumping jacks x 10 cycles

Signed up for a local 14 day yoga challenge more to support a local business in town. Not my fav class but probably good for me.
