Another great swim with the ladies. My back tolerates swimming and is getting better each day. Managed a few flip turns today but that was all i could do.

Took my gravel bike out. Needed to spin the legs and get fresh air. It poured in the early part of the ride and got so muddy.

8 x 50. As fly/back. Breast/free. On 1:20; couldn't manage all of this and did some pull
200 warm down - only got through 50 m
