Fat Biking 40:00 [3]

Trail grooming ride. Bart was in heaven. I got a bit bored. :) Not sure my back loves fat biking; no suspension not so great right now.

Cross Country skiing 1:10:00 [3]

Beautiful early season classic. Hamstring a bit irritated but overall no worse after the ski. So nice to get out and remember how to balance on my skis before ski camp.

Nice hike with Atsuko, Bart, and Milo to the Cartier lookout.

Yoga + 10 mins strength at the end. Back didn't totally like the yoga.
