Paddle Fitness class. Fun class. Played around with different foot positions. Then a 15 min workout.

Mountain bike ride with Bart and Milo. Neither of us felt energetic so called it quits early.

Monday May 27 #

WOD:
10, 9, 8 ... 1 rep - strict pull ups - have moved on to the orange band (an improvement)
1, 2, 3, up to 10 reps push ups

SUP 30:00 [3]

2 hr evening whitewater paddle session with Sam. Bart and I did a private. This time with practiced under the bridge on the Illy. It was a great session. We were both pretty tired by the end.

Sunday May 26 #

Ride with Eiri, Bart, and Stuart. We turned around early as it started to rain.
