Up Mt. Vernon via Farm track and back down the Valley track. So hot but was loving it! Right knee was a little sore heading down, first time ever feeling this..(?) despite that had an okay time according to Strava.

McLeans Island. First half was good but slowed right down on the Coringa loop. Was probably getting a bit too confident in my cornering.

Around McLeans Island including the Coringa Loop. First time on the saddle in ages. Vastus medialis was burning the whole way around.
