Intervals at Rannerdale. The track was SO soft to run on making it quite hard.

4x 200s: 31,35,36,34
2x 400s: 1.18,1.20
1x 800s: 3.05

Didn't have the power to go down the ladder. Happy enough with the effort though.

After dinner, stomach not feeling the best. 8:42 min for the 2.4km mark. 30 seconds faster over the whole route than the last time :)
Struggled for air for the most part. Need to do some interval training now :(
