Up Beinn Eighe. Three summits, the first of which is my lifetime favourite. Just epic. I love Torridon.

Got a bit shafted by a very steep descent into a gigantic boulder field. Then a very rocky path for the last few km really burned my poor joints.

On the plus side I'm still feeling really good! I don't know whose legs I'm using but they certainly aren't mine.

(rest day)

Had a luxury night in a B&B on Skye to try and get over a week of very little sleep in the cold. Needed a rest day so walked up The Storr. Pretty dramatic place, although overrun with tourists. Logging this because I powerwalked the steep climb to the top and the descent was seriously thigh burning.

Note

Fun fact: I've climbed 9083m in the last 12 days. Another 1000m (at least) planned for tomorrow, Thurs and Fri. Then rest. Too much?

Actively spectating the Glencoe Skyline. A few orienteers to cheer at various points. And seeing Killian was v exciting. Mental race but Glencoe is awesome and the weather was perfect.

Suilven with Paul. The most intense run ever. Brutal weather and a bit sketchy on the ridge with shear drops either side, thick clag and strong wind. We survived and made it to the trig point.

Quinag. Can't pronounce it. Three very cool summits and amazing views all around. Quite rocky so feeling stiff on the way down.
