Pennine Thurs night training special - Win 'O' 90 minute score, with bonus points for getting consecutive numbered controls. This was all too much for me to process so I did very badly. Also alot of faffing looking for the small metal disks on gates and styles which had the number to write down. Enjoyed it though!

3x long hill reps up Teggs Nose. Still feeling flemy and chesty but got it done. Was looking forward to this after deciding a few weeks ago this would be a good hill to rep. But on the warm up it was raining, windy and foggy and I thought about how hard it was going to be, but pleased I followed through!
It was a real lung buster as expected and probably the longest reps I've done.
