Ally Pally ParkRun in 17:35ish. Tried quite hard but it was very icy so lots of avoiding bad patches. Three laps of the winter course, so I caught people after 1.5 laps and was slaloming from there to the end. Running with another guy but he pulled away on the last lap and finished 15 secs ahead.

Ran back on the route via Highgate Woods which brought back memories.

Steady with the one and only PB Ray. Terrible route planning - turns out Tatton Park is shut at night so our glorious run to be turned into very wet muddy fields and road running. But the company made up for it.
