BOC Relay. Alright run but nothing left in my legs. One small mistake and a few hesitations. No pressure and running on my own for most of it.

BOC Long. Knew this would be a tough one in my condition. Legs still sore warming up! Set off at an easy pace and just kept plodding. Enjoyed the technical bits of the course. Hated the climbs and dead running.
