Failed attempt at Congleton parkrun. Started off steady and the pace soon felt far too quick. My breathing got harder and harder until half way round lap 2 and I got bad asthma so called it a day. Took me 15 mins to breath properly. Turns out being unfit and construction dust isn't conducive to racing.
