Bob Graham Round Leg 3 supporting JWright and Baba along with Jack Wood, Josh Jardine and Matt Reed. Never done this leg before but knew bits of it. Had a great time chatting away to everyone and the boys were in good spirits. Nav went well. At Broad Stand Jack Wood and me went round on Lord's Rake to save hold ups but when we popped up we couldn't see the others above or below so assumed they had gone past, so ran down to Wasdale. Turns out they were held up 5-10mins on Broad Crag by another BG group and finished 5 mins after us.

Spent the rest of the day hanging out with Alice and Jack's parents in the van. Lots of excitement and buzz at changeovers.

Jack finished in 16:58 and Baba in 17:40, both brilliant times.

Amazing day.

Left calf strain after running up the Old Man. I thought it was just sore legs but this didn't recover. Seems to be fine when running but sore the rest of the time (walking, standing,sitting).
