Note

Crazy day. Got up at 6:30 after less than 6h sleep (to be in time at the customers to finish preparations for monday) just to read that the DB ugrade conversion which our IT guys were still working at when I left yesterday evening failed. Meet Roland at 7 for breakfast and got the confirmation that they have to do it again today, so no database and that means no preparation work today, instead work to do for the customer and me tomorrow.
Went back to bed and tried to catch up a bit on sleep, managed to fall asleep again until 9, but somehow still did feel dead tired and not rested at all after that :(
Lots of discussions with myself if I should go for a run or don't feel like it. Don't feel like it was exactly the truth but somehow managed to still drag myself out for this:

Easy one, because of the tiredness. Nice surroundings, but running was a drag today. Still happy that I went, cause I'm feeling better afterwards than before, but equally happy that it's over - wouldn't really have fancied running more today...

First run in 2 weeks. Had planned a easy 20-30 min, but then Roland (my installer colleague who arrived in Magdeburg this afternoon) said he'd want to run, too and asked me if we should run together or at least start together. So first 2,5 or 3 km together with him and faster than I'd have run alone, after that left him to continue alone and went back.
Nice one and felt better than expected. Guess I just like running with nice company...
