Yoga warm up/down 10:00 [1]

To stretch out all the kinks from yesterday - only partly succesfully...
10 AM

Orienteering Competion race 1:07:31 [3] **** 5.24 km (12:53 / km) +229m 10:35 / km
spiked:13/16c shoes: VJ Supra 2012-2

BRL, D21 AK, 4,4km + 140m climb.

Physically shattered from yesterday, more or less only walked the first 3,x km, then had a longer leg on paths slightly downhill where I finally got into a bit of running and a faster pace for the last quarter of the course.
2 mistakes I can remember o-technically, but no detailed analysis possible yet, as I never got back my map (thanks to some idiots who took more maps out of the box) and routegadget is not yet online). Maybe tomorrow...

Yoga warm up/down 40:00 [1]

Mostly stretching routines during the day. Morning, before the run, between the runs and in the evening
11 AM

Orienteering Competion race 19:46 [4] *** 2.9 km (6:49 / km)
spiked:14/16c shoes: Nike Air Pegasus+

DBK Sprint, Qualifikation, 2.4km + 10 m climb
Running was hard work, but at least I managed to run the whole course.
Orienteering:
Started with a map error to 1 when the light green hedge in reality was inpassable which added a bit extra detour, but for everyone. My run was quite good except for a slight hesitation at 7 after the flagged route part (15s to sort map and reality) and a more major one at 15 when I first stood in front of a closed gate and was quite confused (35s)
3 PM

Orienteering Competion race 17:46 [5] *** 2.65 km (6:42 / km)
spiked:12/16c shoes: Nike Air Pegasus+

DBK Sprint, B-final D35, 2,1km + 10m climb

This time a sprint course with a tiny forest part, too. Nice. Felt faster in running this time and was running really hard, but it doesn't show in the time as I lost some time running wise in the forest part and made some dumb mistakes, especially in the end.
Mistakes:
4) Came too far right and had to search for the control for a bit. 20s
13) Lost about 40s cause I took the wrong path in the last gaffling in the park and overran the control
14) Should have been an very easy control, but I was tired and pissed about the last mistakes and came too far south, the passageway I expected was a closed door to an inner part of the building. All not too bad if I'd understand it immediately, but I was totaly confused and blacked out. 70s lost until I sorted myself out
15) When leaving 14 instead of just turning right from the control I first went back down the stairs and only then understand that I need to go up and right. 20s?
2:30 lost - way too much for a sprint :(

Bike 1:17:02 [1] 22.1 km (3:29 / km)
shoes: Stevens Sovereign

Bike ride to training, to the pub later and then back home.
Bike ride to Europahalle included a good bit of unplanned extra detour as my usual way was blocked by building works and not having a map handy and didn't want to drive through the city I decided to rely on my knowledge of the area south of the Südtangente and go through there - unfortunately neither my knowledge nor my sense of direction were sufficient and I added a few extra kilometers to my way. Well, just more training ;)
7 PM

Orienteering training 51:21 [2] 6.23 km (8:15 / km) +81m 7:44 / km
spiked:15/16c shoes: Nike Air Pegasus+

O-training in the Günther-Klotz-Anlage by Thorsten.
A longish sprint style course. My legs were dead tired and like lead from the beginning (maybe from the extra long bike ride to training, maybe just from doing nothing for too long) so most of it was a pathetic mix of walking and running. Way to much walking for a course like that and it was always the legs that were the constraining part, never breathing or anything.
But still better than doing nothing...
Walking: 37,9%
