Running 32:13 [2] 4.28 km (7:32 / km) +25m 7:19 / km
shoes: Karhu

Little evening run. Mostly asphalt roads with about 600m high grass thrown in for strength.
Not the most imaginative route, but had some stomach problems in the beginning so tried to stay near to the next toilet...

shoes: Stevens Sovereign

Running 36:28 [2] 4.82 km (7:34 / km) +58m 7:08 / km
shoes: Inov XTalon 212

Trying out my new shoes. Is it possible to fall in love with a pair of running shoes? Then I am ;)
Perfect shoes on small paths and cross-forest, but still vey nice on gravel roads and like lightweight trainers on Asphalt. And they want to run fast :)
Was running on all the small paths with lots of detours into the middle of the forest (including beeing stuck in thorny stuff a few times) and the average speed doesn't look much worse than a road run would look at the moment. Real fun run....
