Badminton 1:30:00 [3]

Finally had the time to go to the thursday badminton again (during my last home office stretch gym was closed due to summer holidays). Felt so great to do it again :) Although technique was more than a bit rusty and today I'm feeling quite sore in some places.... but's still one of the best things against stress and frustration I can think of :)
Half of the time solo match with Martin, who's a lot better than I am, later double - wouldn't have been able to survive 90 min. of a solo match anyway...

Tuesday uni-o-training, campus sprint, 2 courses.

First time in the new semester with lots of beginners to explain orienteering to. Also first time orienteering in the dark again for a long time, took me a few controls until I got used to it again, after that I finally find some kind of flow. Physical shape was very bad, which was to be expected after the stress of the last few weeks, the sleep deprivation and everything else. So just took it in a jogging pace and tried to enjoy myself, which went OK - and I found the motivation to do the second course, too.
