First time in the new semester with lots of beginners to explain orienteering to. Also first time orienteering in the dark again for a long time, took me a few controls until I got used to it again, after that I finally find some kind of flow. Physical shape was very bad, which was to be expected after the stress of the last few weeks, the sleep deprivation and everything else. So just took it in a jogging pace and tried to enjoy myself, which went OK - and I found the motivation to do the second course, too.
