Hills on the Gower. Up from Pobbes to the top of the cliffs X 6.

Had a bit of a sore throat, not sure whether it would develop into anything worse, so didn't push it much myself.

MDC Run from Pontneddfechan. Usual waterfalls route and very fine they were looking too after all the rain in the last few days. Splendid outing.

Jukola Leg 6.

Made a bit of a hash on number 1. Reasonably straight thru the bushy green stuff, picked up semi open area Ok and knew exactly where I was before going up onto detailed but vague plateau area - single contour hills and reentrants. Not careful enough to pick out the contours and direction went slighty off. Fortunately picked up a line of crags on the far side - some 250 m form where I wanted to be - and was able to easily relocate. 3 mins blown. After that really very clean and pleased with how I orienteered. Good plans, and direction. Reading the map well. 356th / 1455 finishers. So as good as I have done for a while I think.

Other fine performance from the Brothers with the team finishing 374th
