MDC run from Cwmaman. Basically a big loop up thru the forestry towards st Gwynno. Large parts felled but also some lovely looking wood - tho I didn't follow Marcus off piste. With things a bit gloomy and my ankle not taped I didn't want to risk it so close to JK. Still worth a bit more of an explore sometime.

Note

Event seemed to go reasonably well. People appreciated the area, and no disasters with the courses - everything in right place, things fair etc. But with an inexperienced planner, I should have been more forceful with setting expectations on the timescales early on - the technical courses would have benefited from a third itteration .

Assorted shadowing. Training seemed to be enjoyed by everybody.
