With Alice across the Ebbw down to Bassaleg and back via the canal and golf course. A big tree has been ripped out of the river bank by the old aluminium works leaving path looking somewhat vulnerable to undercutting when we next get some serious rain.

November Classic at Milkham and Slufters. not a very exiting area and the organisiers / planners had clearly had a mightmare with late additional OOB restrictions. But a nice run out day with lots of terrain running, not just along paths.

Technically very straightforward, if you were careful at the points that really mattered - point features in the heather/gorse/bracken. I was Ok on that aspect , but lost concentration / direction on the longish leg to 10. Big banana. I am afraid to say, I probably strayed a little bit into one of the big areas of OOB - not taped, but would have been difficult to. As soon as I realised, I corrected PDQ feeling somewhat embarased. Cost perhaps 90s.

Beaten by 3 M14s, which is a sign of my lack of fitness / ageing !
