Warmup with Airdyne, mobility and drills.

5 rounds of:
15 Deadlifts, 40% 1RM | 135 lbs
10 Toes-to-bars
5 Bar Facing Burpees

-finished 7:41, Toes-to-bar was my limiter. I struggle to link them due to swinging to much.

Bagged my run today, super sore in the quads and tired. It was time after 40 days straight. Went and got a massage instead. Back at it tomorrow.
