Easy/moderate cruise at Davidson. Start the run with the intent of doing workout day but super heavy legs and low energy from the shit fest of yesterday I decided to switch with tomorrow's run to give myself another day to feel better. I felt so much better than yesterday but still not back to normal. Huge progress though.
