Ridgeline Rampage 50 mile MTB. Wow. First MTB race in the books. I can see how one could get hooked on racing. The 5th lap was a sufferfest mentality and I just cruise. Had a burning feeling at the base of my neck between the shoulder blades and my hands and wrist really hurt by the end. I need to figure this out. Progress.

Rattler 50K down in Colorado Springs. This is a gem of a park right in the middle of the city. Treated it as an easy run and did not really race it. Ran the first loop with Paul Turner from WA who just finished White Mountain 100 3 weeks ago in AK and ran the second loop with loser JT. Great company out there.
