Leadville 100!!! First 100 mile finish!! Crashed and puking really hard coming back over Hope after a 11:30ish 1st 50, then I was able to recover by Fish. Left Fish 10 mins before the cutoff and dropped a 5:55 25 mile return to save my race. Good times!!!

Run/hike with a large group at Quandry. I ran up to 14,265ft then waited almost 3 hours up there for the group to catch up. Napped, ate, ect.... I walked down with the group, hince the slow time. Bunch of first timers on the mountains.

Spent a total of 4 hours over 14K, 6 hours over 13K, and 10 hours over 11K. Think that will do me good for next weekend.

Another cruise up Niwot Ridge to 12,300'ft in Indian Peaks Wilderness. I really like this run and should be doing it 2-3 more times before Leadville, it is high, runable, and only a 20-25min drive from the house.

Church run up in Indian Peaks. Only Dale showed up so the pace was a little quicker than a normal Church run. This whole run was between 10,000ft and 12,000ft. Great route for Leadville training.
