Easy run with a 2.5 mile tempo in the middle. I was going for a 2.5 mile Strava segment but bailed about halfway through it do to running into 30mph winds. Still ended up within 20secs per mile of it, even with a little walking. I will give it another go on Friday I think. (2.5 miles in 16:50)

Restart of the trainer series I have. Was able to do the full 3 mins of single legs by breaking into 2mins, 1mins X 3 so 9 total mins of single leg peddling per leg. Getting stronger. It was good I took that week to build up from scratch a little.

Easy trail run. Had to be home by 10am so this is all I had time for today. Awesome morning out in the snow and ice. I was in just a running shirt and shorts even in the dark, 40 degrees and one of the best sunrises I have seen in a while.

Much stronger than last time, building is happening. Going to week 1 again next week then it is time to move on in the program.
