Easy long run on the treadmill due to snow overnight. Trails were muddy this morning.

Loop around Green Mountain solo. Did a couple pick ups on the uphill and flats and legs are still heavy. There is a little soreness deep in the muscles. Also got some bad side aches on the last big downhill to the car.

Called in sick today and got a massage. Feet and hips are the most sore
