Bighorn 100, did not plan my drop bags and clothing right. Should have picked up a wind shell, but only took a light long sleeve shirt. Spent 2 hours at an aid station at 43miles trying to warm up (cold wind). Finally another runner had an extra wind shell that I could borrow. Got to the turn around, got my clothes, got my stomach to recover but could not make up the lost time. Dropped at Footbridge out bound bound due to not having enough time to make the next cut-off. I just have not figured this all out yet. Legs felt great most of the time though. I also took to much of an easy on the outbound trying to save energy for later, should have pushed a little harder. I think this course is much tougher than Leadville.

Easy walk after work, was supposed to run but back (lower) still sore from the fridge moving so I decided to take an easy. May try to run a very easy 2-3 tomorrow or just may go for a walk. I did take an hour nap during lunch today.

I felt like I got ran over by a truck today, really sore. Guess I should not have been switching out the fridges yesterday huh?? Oh well it is Ashley's B-day today and need to do what she wants anyway.
