Wed night DTR group run at Meyers Ranch, new trails for us. 1st half was normal pace but then we turned the 2nd half into a tempo run. Best I have felt running on the trails in a while

Easy run at Deer Creek with Ashley, stayed with her. Almost marked this as a hike but we did jog down. Quads are really sore especially on the downhills.
