Walk on the mill at 11% incline before work. Ribs really bothering me today, I think yesterday's run and yard work may have set them off a little.

Easy lunch time cruise. Kept it short, ribs more sore today than the past few days. I would call this easy recovery run.

Easy cruise from work to the track where I did 7X400 with short jogging recovery then jogged back to work. Ribs still stiff but was able to hold under a 6 min pace on most of these intervals without hurting to bad.

Lunch time run at Davidson Mesa in a borrowed pair of MT100s. I think I really like this shoe, they are lighter than my Frees.
