Easy cruise at Davidson Mesa over lunch, legs feel much better compared to yesterday. Added up the mileage on the map there and I have been short changing myself. I thought it was 3.1 miles per loop but the map says 3.3. Need to double check that tomorrow.

Super slow and easy run at Davidson Mesa over lunch. Feet hurt and swollen and hips are sore. Hope active recovery helps, will be doing this for a few days until better.
