Leadville Marathon. Rough day out there today. Made it to halfway in 2:31ish without a high effort. Based on that I thought I could make it back around 2-2:10 but that was not the case. Walked miles 18-22ish a lot trying to keep from puking. Need to figure out how to drink more I think, it took almost 2 liters and a beer after the race until I peed even though I peed at mile 8ish. Back to the drawing board.
