Long warmup with lots of jumping rope and box jumps then:

30 Kettlebell Swings, 44 lbs
40 Box Jumps, 24 in
50 Wall Balls, 20 lbs

Made 2 rounds and 20 burpees. This is fucking hard, almost puked and was really light headed.

Worked to to max on the Clean and Jerk - 155lbs. I could clean more but not jerk it. Still a PR though.
