Easy long run. Started before the Boulder Track Club run to get some easy miles then joined up with them and Bob jumped in too. Got some solid pace work with them like always. Fun to drop low to mid 6s from mile 15 on, gotta do me good in marathon training right?

Felt flat today and just not on. No pop in my run when going faster. Looking at the log I have been doing a lot the past 2 weeks, might need to scale back after a long run on Sunday for a week before one final push to Boston.

Easy run. Super windy out so not so easy but whatever. Really sore and tired today from the weekend. Hopefully this passes today so I can get back to it tomorrow.
