Mid week weigh in. Back down, got rid of the weekend bloat from all the beers. Need to keep the beer drinking down until after the marathon this weekend in Boston so I don't have to haul the extra 1-2 lbs.

Easy run today by feel was on the schedule. This did not feel that easy for me. Sluggish today and all my joints were achy. Hopefully this passes before Monday because right now I don't feel like I can break 3 like I did a few weeks ago.

Felt ok but not great. The marathon pace stuff felt harder than it did on Friday. Weird. Might throw a couple faster miles in my easy run the next few days just to keep a finger on it.
