Recovery day, got to bed at 3am from traveling all day and slept until 7... I am smashed today. Barely holding on right now at 6pm, trying to hold out until at least 8 so I can get back on track

First 7 miles easy with Tracy then a hard 3 solo up and around the hill. Did push the last 3/4th of a mile downhill into the low 6's to see it I still had anything. It hurt a little for sure.

Easy run... the heat KILLED me today... tried to hit as many of the hills as I could so I could get some vertical in. Legs felt like lead as well, think it is due to the lack of any real amount of food here. Eating a lot of lobster with some rice but that is about it.... I know, hard life.
