Easy short section pacing Clyde at Leadville to give the other pacers a break. Spent the whole time crewing 2 people, so fried!

Spent all day crewing 2 people at Leadville. Really hard to do more than 1 runner. Thank god they were only an hour apart otherwise this would not have worked.

Ran around the roads of Leadville, stupid easy. Left calf was super tight and right knee was a wonky (unstable) but after about a mile and half things started feeling a little bit more normal. Mellow rest of the day working and helping Clyde get ready for the Leadville 100 tomorrow. Living the life!!! LOVING IT!

Drove over to Breck today and watched Breck Epic mountain bike racing so super chill day eating good food and hanging with friends. Looking forward to a short run tomorrow to see where things stand. Wanted to hike today but between going to Breck and trying to work off my hotspot it did not happen.

Was able to get a massage scheduled for today in Leadville. Feeling pretty good except the high and low energy levels which is normal. Legs feel pretty good, actually had the urge to jog this morning but didn't.

Had to run back down to the house from Leadville to get another power cord for my laptop so I could work. Spent half the day driving there and back.
