Easy jog on the treadmill after the spin bike. Felt it a LOT LESS in the shoulder than I did at the beginning of the week. SO AWESOME!

Spin bike at the rock gym. Rough start but got better after the 15min warmup. Glad I did not bail on it.

Easy jog on the mill to keep pushing the shoulder. I can feel it on these, not painful but achy.

Another test on the mill right after biking. Wanted to jog a little longer but had to get back to work. Going to keep these mellow and short for a while, should get released on Monday to jog again so of course I am pushing it early.

Easy test jog on the treadmill. Felt a little bit in the shoulder but a huge improvement over the last test run a few weeks ago. Might try building on this even though I am not released yet to jog. Tired of getting fat, spin bikes are not cutting it.
