Another good running day with Reese's Peices. Pup did the first 10 with me then was dropped off at the truck for me to finish out the mileage and hills. Came home to doing a few more hours of house remodel stuff

Easy jog with Bob from his house around Davidson Mesa and back. Legs and knee feeling much better today, of course I spent 20 mins rolling and stretching last night.

Super stiff and tight but started to loosen up at about mile 3. The wonky knee is mostly gone but there is a little bit of a pinch in it. Going to focus on rolling and stretching tonight. Another crazy work day today but only one more day to go. Yay!!! ;o) Everything is good otherwise.

Just a chill jog at Davidson Mesa with the pup. Right knee is super wonky, to where I gives out a little bit now and again. Not painful just weird. Going to have to keep an eye out on this. Cut the run a little short due to it.
